Terms and Conditions Agencies
These Terms and Conditions for Agencies (hereinafter, “TCA” ) contain the terms and conditions for registering as an Agency on this Website (hereinafter, “Website” ). These TCA apply to all companies that make up the commercial name HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA (hereinafter, “HOVIMA HOTELS” ).
I.) Acceptance of the TCAs:
If the Agency intends to process the registration on this Website, it will be obliged to accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose, declaring and accepting:
Once the registration as an Agency has been processed, the user in the private profile will be the email address with which they registered and they will be able to set their own password.
The agency will be able to make reservations from its private profile in accordance with the following conditions:
Booking conditions and cancellation policy:
To confirm your booking, payment must be made by bank transfer. Payment instructions are included in your confirmation voucher. Payment deadline: 14 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 14 days before the customer's arrival:
Payment of 100% of the stay will be made at the time of booking confirmation by charging your credit card.
HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje / HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel / HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje :
€80/unit and €150/unit for stays that include the dates of Christmas/New Year and Easter.
HOVIMA Jardín Caleta / HOVIMA Santa María / HOVIMA Panorama / HOVIMA Atlantis:
€30/unit and €90/unit for stays that include the dates of Christmas/New Year and Easter.
In case of non-show of the client at the hotel, the amount will be refunded, deducting 100% of the first night for the No Show management.

V.) Confidentiality:
HOVIMA HOTEL is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize the risks of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the Agency's data is restricted to those persons authorized to use it, applying due diligence to avoid any loss, alteration or misuse thereof.
VI.) Responsibility:
In case of questions, claims, errors or technical problems in registration, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the Agency and HOVIMA HOTELS, the Agency may contact HOVIMA HOTELS at the email address info@hovima.com.
The content of these Terms and Conditions is binding on the Agency. Furthermore, the Agency acknowledges that in the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions, it may be liable for damages.
VII.) Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:
The applicable legislation will be Spanish and the jurisdiction will be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
VIII.) Modification of the TCAs and duration:
HOVIMA HOTELS reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In this case, HOVIMA HOTELS will notify the Agency by email and by posting on its website.
From the date of its publication, the amended TCA text will also apply to the Agency and this condition is accepted by both the Agency and HOVIMA HOTELS.

- The person signing is a representative or authorized by the Agency with full legal capacity and right to sign these TCAs.
- These TCA clauses are binding on the Agency.

- The person registering accepts the Legal Notice of this Website. ( https://www.hovima.com/es/politica-privacidad-legal/ ).
- The Agency must complete the Agency Registration form with the following information:
- Commercial Data.
- Tax Information.
- Data marked with (*) are mandatory.
- Once the registration form is completed, the required information must be submitted (registration at any of the hotels is valid for all HOVIMA hotels). Registration cannot be processed unless the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions are read and accepted. Newsletter subscription is optional.
- HOVIMA HOTELS will proceed to review the application and, once validated, the agency will receive a notification indicating that its account is now registered and it can make reservations.
